Eben Donges HS 2More About the Rachel's Angels Empowerment Project

The Rachel's Angels empowerment project aims to contribute towards the building of excellence in high school education in the Western Cape. The programme includes regular campus visits, attending lectures and exposure to the world of business in the form of an entrepreneurial day, where learners are required to develop business plans and run a small business. Through this process – experiential learning, mentoring by peers, exposure to academic life and the realities of the business world – students and learners are taught skills that will adequately equip them to play a meaningful role in society.

To all the students and mentors, you are now part of Rachel's Angels. We invite you to join us in a very unique adventure. This is your chance to discover and develop yourself in the company of people who take pleasure in helping others; people who have chosen excellence as a lifestyle.

So, take the chance, give a little of yourself and you will enjoy the well-deserved fruits of your efforts.

All the best,
Prof Rachel Jafta
Chairperson of the Rachel's Angels Trust
